The training section covers a wide range of topics that will develop your skills in preperation for gametime. Levels of diffculty
vary from basic throwing to more advanced exercises to try out. Currently, most of the content is suitable for beginner to intermediate players.
Future work will focus on more advanced topics such as specific drills, breaking the force, high-release throws, scoobers, plyometrics...etc.
Flash Development: Currently there is only one flash animation to view, more are in development.
