Comparing Fore Arm

    I'm starting a team and almost all of us are avid frolfers, i am wondering what the biggest difference in the fore arm or is there no difference?

    Are you asking if the way you throw a forearm is different?
    The forearm is my favorite throw and my best. It is more of a wrist snap throw with a little arm throw in the mix. The section in the handbook help alot of my friends get their forearms to be good enough that they can toss it in thier throwing rotation without worrying to much. I feel like it is definatly a important throw in ultimate and once you master it you will find it more comfortable than throwing a backhand.

    from the little frolf i play, i can only guess that the one thing you will have to think about is that someone has to be able to catch your throws. this may require a little bit more finesse or bending that you normally throw. what grip do you use for your forehand when frolfing?
